No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, deposits, or products.
This applies whether you paid a deposit or paid in full when you booked.
Deposits
New clients pay a $35 deposit to hold their appointment. It comes off your total on the day.
Deposits are non refundable. If you cancel, the deposit is not returned.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Reschedule or cancel online at lashdestination.com/manage, up to 48 hours before your appointment. You'll need the email and phone number you booked with.
Inside 48 hours, appointments can't be changed online and deposits are not refunded. After more than two cancellations, a $35 deposit applies to your next booking.
Product orders
All product sales are final. Because our products are used around the eyes, we can't accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can look into it.

How do I reschedule or cancel?+
Go to lashdestination.com/manage and enter the email and phone number you booked with. You can move or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before it starts.
Do I need a deposit?+
New clients do, and so does anyone who has cancelled or rescheduled more than twice. Returning clients book without one. You can also choose to pay in full when you book.
Can I get a refund?+
No. All services, deposits, and products are final sale. See our refund policy above.
How do I use my 10% code?+
Sign up at the bottom of any page and your code shows up right away. Enter it at checkout in the shop. It works once per customer on your first order.
Where is the studio?+
3150 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA.
When are you open?+
Monday through Friday, open 24 hours. Saturday and Sunday by request, just ask when you book.
